" Cheers for that good job", Focus st driver, Birmingham, may 2013
"Thanks for the work on my Peugeot, really pleased with it.... Simon " Simon, from Burntwood. may 2013
Having virtually completed a three year total nut and bolt rebuild on my Marcos 3 litre GT, I was all too aware for the potential of being let down by various "professionals" towards the final stages, i.e.; trimmers, painters and several others who agreed to meet and quote me on these penultimate aspects of the re-build.
Anyone who has attempted a nut & bolt restoration of this magnitude will understand the frustration caused by statements such as "Yes I will be there!" "No Problem see you then OK!" "Yes I/we will give you 100% rest assured" these are just a few!!
Approaching breaking point I contacted Chip & Scuffs, and I arranged a meeting so someone could give me a figure on initially polishing out a few of the blemishes as a result of my first ever attempt at re-spraying a car!
Dave arrived promptly, and on time! He advised me that some panels were OK to polish out; however suggested that a re-spray on others would elevate my cars overall appearance; I have always planned to 'show' the car upon completion. Dave provided me with a very reasonable quote for the work and was flexible and sympathetic to my needs in terms of time. I have found that Dave is a person of integrity and certainly strives for absolute perfection in his work. He completed the job quickly and to an exceptionally high standard - absolutely superb!
Dave has gone a long way to mellowing my thoughts on so called "Professionals". It is hoped he maintains his high standards as I will certainly contact this true professional again should I require any more cosmetic work to my Marcos.

Within days of taking delivery of my new (to me) car, some kind person decided to re-shape my rear bumper. The car is a Nissan X Trail and a lot of the components are resin. After an initial photo consultation and a quote, David came along and within what seemed a very short time had the bumper back into its old shape. There followed what I can only describe as an almost obsessive attention to detail. It was not good enough to be o.k, David needed it perfect. The paint job followed and now only me, David and the idiot who damaged it know that bump occurred. I would recommend David without reservation, first class workmanship and a reasonable cost. What more can you ask for.

Katy Jones, MX5 Driver says;
Chips and scuffs painted my dull red mx5 for me. I chose a purple pearl and the work commenced! I loved the colour and a great job was done. I was very sad to have to sell it when i had a baby recently. But the first person to view it bought it because the colour was so unique, and a lot of value was added!
